Meet Andrea Sparks

I have been in the real estate business since 2002, capitalizing on my experience as a business owner to provide our clients with expert insight into marketing, customer service and finance. Clients often rely on my knowledge to assuage their fears and find comfort in knowing that I will be by their side through every step in the process.

Our relationship is the most important part to any transaction and I work hard to develop trust and friendship with each client that walks through our door. I am a very open-minded person and am always ready to meet new people and focus on learning about their unique situation. I take my job seriously because I am responsible for helping you find the right home and get you the best deal possible.

Outside of real estate, I spend the majority of my free time with my grandkids, teaching them how to make authentic Greek dishes and helping them become fluent in the language, like me. I was born and raised in Cyprus, Greece and moved to York County in 1970. It is important to me that I maintain a connection to my culture and find food to be the perfect link. Having spent the majority of my life in York, I find this region to be absolutely beautiful, brimming with friendly residents and a family-centered atmosphere. I’m always ready to sing its praises and pass along my love for the area to anyone willing to listen.
