Meet Mike Kosko

Before getting into real estate, I spent many years as a mechanical processing engineer with a large, well-known company that produced blow molding machines and plastic bottles. The analytical skills I learned during this time translate to my role as a REALTOR® by allowing me to tune into a client’s wants and really understand their needs, whether it be for designing a marketing strategy to sell their house or help them find a home that will fit their criteria.

I believe that the home is one of the most important aspects of one’s life and use this as the driving force behind my passion for serving clients with personalized care and professional service. I love my job and feel that I bring a huge value to the table when it comes to protecting my clients. After all, buying or selling a home is probably the largest business transaction you will make in your lifetime and you need someone who will provide the guidance and advice needed to make the best decision.

I grew up in York County and have lived here for over 40 years. Without a doubt, I love this area and its convenient location, rich culture and abundance of history. I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else and am so excited to have the opportunity to help my clients achieve their dreams here, too.
